Mavisz offers Mac software applications including CG Title Lite and BMPlayerMark, sold as monthly subscriptions. Features and pricing are described on our website at maviszapp.site.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Where offered, free trials allow you to use the software for a limited period at no charge. After the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription rate unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Upon an active subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on your Mac devices for personal or professional use. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the software.
Active subscribers receive software updates at no additional cost. We reserve the right to modify features with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use our software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mavisz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
